Cancellation of Order : Before Shipment & Refund

• You have the option to cancel your order placed with us only if your product has not yet been shipped. Once the product has been dispatched, we will not entertain any cancellation requests.

• Once a cancellation request is successfully submitted on our Website/app following the aforementioned process, your order will be considered cancelled.
• If the order was prepaid, the amount will be refunded to you as per our Refund Policy.
