Certified Refurbished Grade A Laptops
These devices look new like at the first glance, upon close examination you may find some minor signs of wear and tear.
Features of Grade A Laptops:

- No Scratches
Refurbished Grade B Laptops
These devices show obvious wear, dents and/or scratches on the corners and back. The screen will have light scratches. These devices look used. The scratches on the screen are light and will not be noticeable during normal use. There are no cracks/ chips or damage to these devices.

Refurbished Grade ASIS Laptops – Working Devices
These devices will have scratches, dents, damages and may have technical issues but will be working devices.
These devices are sold in ASIS condition with no cosmetic revisions.

Refurbished Grade AIf device has any cosmetic damage or functionality issue, you can return the product within 10 working days from the date of purchase.
Refurbished Grade BIf product has any functionality issue, you can return the product within 10 working days from the date of purchase but no returns will be acceptable at our end due to any reason of cosmetic damage.
