How to Register on Electronics Bazaar?

1) Click on "Register" tab on Top Right side of the page; fill in the details required on the page of "Create New Account" and Click on Register.

Forgot Password or Change your Password?

Click the "Log In" and enter your email id and click on "Forgot Your Password".  An email will be sent to registered email id with the link to reset password. Just click on link, it will redirect on "Reset Your Password".  Please enter "New Password" and "Confirm Password".

Can I Change the registered email id and how?

Yes. Registered mail id can be changed or updated at any point of time by simply following these steps - Log in with your old email id and password, update your email for future communication. All the communication will be sent on the new / updated email id.

How to change my Communication Address in Account detail?

Registered user can "Log In" and can change its Communication Address. User can also update his latest Communication Address at the time of purchase. 

What are my payment options?

Online purchases are made easy and secure with a selection of payment options, including Credit Card, Debit Card, Net Banking, EMI, Cash on Delivery, IVR (Option of booking your product by calling our customer care team). Unfortunately, at present, we cannot accept any kind of gift vouchers for online purchases.

  • Avoid inappropriate comments, including controversial statements, awkward or sensitive subjects, and legal matters.
  • URL or hyperlinks are not permitted.
  • Any other languages apart from English are not permitted. Please write your review only in English.
  • Do not post personal information, including phone numbers, email or mailing address, or credit card information.
  • Do not use product reviews to make service or policy complaints. Any negative service experience or disagreement with our service policies should be made direct to Electronics Bazaar.

Reviews that do not meet these guidelines may be removed from the Electronics Bazaar website.

What is the cost of delivery?

We deliver to your home or office, anywhere within India. Products are dispatched from our nearest warehouse and usually shipped within same day (if order is placed before 4PM) or 24 hours. If you're a registered on-line customer with us, you can track the shipment status in your account. Customer will also receive an SMS from us with all the shipment details.

The delivery is free anywhere in India.

Do I have to be home to receive my items?

All deliveries must be signed for when you receive them; deliveries cannot be made to PO Boxes. If you are unable to take delivery of your items in person - or if you have not received them within a reasonable period - please contact us on our Customer Care Number 1800-266-4000

Can I nominate a different delivery address to the billing address?

You may choose to have products delivered to an address different to the billing address. However, we cannot deliver one order to multiple delivery addresses; in this instance, you must order items separately and assign the different delivery addresses to each.

What if I receive a damaged parcel, the wrong items, or don't receive my order at all?

If you believe there is damage to the products you've ordered, the incorrect items have been delivered, or your order hasn't arrived within the specified timeframe, please contact our customer care team immediately.
